Shipping policy
All packages are shipped priority USPS. We are not responsible for shipping issues that happen due to customer error, such as an incorrect address provided, nor are we responsible for errors on the USPS' part or due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have an issue with receiving a package, contact us and we will try to help out!
We cannot hold orders for a later date, nor can we combine orders. Setting aside orders for special requests unfortunately backs up the packing process by hours and delays everyone.
Items are typically shipped within five to ten business days. Should there be any further delays, alerts will be posted to our primary social media, Twitter.
We recommend using International Priority to ship toys due to wait times and lost packages.
Due to the fluctuating global laws regarding shipping, all international shipping is AT YOUR OWN RISK. You are responsible for any fees/tariffs/etc required upon receipt. We cannot assist or provide refunds unless a package returns to us unopened and in new condition.
We currently will not ship to China, Mexico, UAE, Germany or Russia, or countries where it is illegal to own an adult toy of this nature.
International customers are responsible for being informed of their local laws. We aren't responsible if DTE unknowingly ships a toy to a country where our items are illegal, and the package is confiscated, returned or destroyed.
We will not knowingly send items to a shopping service or forwarding service, as this has been used as an exploit to circumvent our policies.
Certain countries may temporarily close their borders to the USPS mail. We are unable to ship to these countries during the time they are restricted, and we cannot hold toys until a country reopens. We are not responsible for keeping track of which countries are currently restricted.
