Refund policy
We manage returns on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a return or refund of any kind, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and unopened from its original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept a return under 'normal circumstances' (ie 'buyer's remorse', sizing or color matching issues, etc). We have listed details for model measurements and have provided photos of each toy in an attempt to provide the best preview of your item possible. Please contact us if you have concerns regarding your unique item.
Lost Mail Policy
We cannot provide general refunds for shipping. Items are shipped at the buyer's expense and risk if we have not made a typographical error. We cannot make changes to an address after an order has been placed.
Mail that has been lost or misdelivered should have a case/claim opened with the postal system.
Mail that has been returned to us by the postal system for inability to deliver/unclaimed by receiver will be deeply inspected for any signs of tampering, and a refund will be provided for the items.
Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please be aware that these are handcrafted toys, with handmade molds. There are many opportunities for tiny marks, scuffs, bumps or nicks to show up on the final product. These are hand poured and hand pulled; occasionally there will be a few freckles of color or minor scuffs/marks on the high gloss finish. Sometimes, toys and/or sizes will lightly vary in surface finish as we are constantly updating molds. These are not cause for alarm, and give your piece personality. Any defects that may impact functionality will be noted.
Refunds
If applicable we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
