Starting June 19, 2026, EU Directive 2023/2673 requires all online stores selling to EU buyers to provide a clearly visible 'withdrawal option', with an easy way for buyers to exercise their existing 14-day right of withdrawal (also known as the 'cooling-off period') upon delivery.
Due to the very sensitive and sealed nature of these items, orders may only be eligible for return if the shipping box has not been tampered with in any way, save for attaching new shipping labeling at the customer's expense. Packages must be returned to the following address, and must be shipped from an EU buyer with an EU address:

United StatesIf you decide to return the product within the 14-day cooling period, you are responsible for the costs of postage and packaging. Refunds for the original order will only be finalized upon full order return and passing multiple tampering safety inspections for restock.
